Pain using Tampons
Hi All,
I want to ask; does anyone else suffer from vaginismus?
I can’t even insert a tampon or anything without so much discomfort/pain.
I feel like I’m so alone in this, when I know I’m not. If you do have it, how do you deal/cope with it? Have you been able to find easy ways on inserting tampons without experiencing pain?
