How far along are you? Any contractions? Mine was like this... leaked slowly, wasnt sure if that's what it was until I was up walking and it just kept leaking. Before that I thought it was just really watery CM but there was more than normal so I went to get checked. Sure enough it was my water and I was 4cm. Put a pad in to soak it up and you'll be able to see how much.  I would def go get checked! Good luck!
