brazilian wax????

i wanna try getting waxed.. i just want to know everything there is to know. i know it’s painful. how long until you start getting hair again? is it better than shaving? what could go wrong? is it awkward? pain afterwards? do you put something on ur kitten after its over? can it cause an infection?

I went for my first Brazilian wax before my first time ( a few weeks ago ) and honestly wasn’t painful at all, I went for a hollywood ( totally bare ) and the only thing I would say that hurts is the aftercare, I didn’t take very good care of mine and the salon I went to wasn’t reputable and she burnt part of my vagina badly. So I recommend going to a reputable salon and giving it a go.

You’ll see the best results after about 3 or 4 waxes. 
It does hurt. But not for long. I’ve been doing it for 3 years and it’s worth it for me. 
When the hair starts to grow back is all about how your hair grows and if they did a good job. If they got the hair by the root (as they should) for me it’s usually like a week and a half to two weeks till I start noticing there’s hair starting to grow. I get a wax once a month. 
Exfoliating regularly helps a lot! They say you should do it at least 24 hr before a wax but I usually do it the night before and get my wax in the morning. 
You’ll probably get a couple ingrown the first couple waxes. Completely normal. Just exfoliate.
