I have severe ADHD. I was taking the max dose of Adderall 30mg twice a day (60 mg day) before I got pregnant. When I got pregnant we slowly went down to 5 mg a day. Sometimes, like if I have to drive or take care of my other child alone I take it twice a day (10 mg total).

The high risk doctors have approved this because they know it's better to have me take a low dose than to not take it and something wrong happen to me or baby. They'd rather keep us safe. I've gotten into near car accidents and ran red lights before because I wasn't focused for example.

My question is, anyone know if I will be able to breastfeed and stay on the same low dose? Or will I have to give my baby formula?
