Is something wrong with me?

I know none of y’all are doctors but if I could get some opinions from people who may have felt the same please comment.

I just got off of BC completely two months ago. Last night I was having sex and it started to hurt, like he was hitting my cervix. I said let’s switch positions. But the pain persisted and got worse. I stopped it all together at that point and the pain made me feel like I was going to throw up. It has happened before, but usually goes away with change of position. I felt better waking up this morning but I don’t understand what happened. According to this app i was ovulating, and I know this app isn’t always 100% but my cycle never changed or skipped after getting off so I assume it’s about right. Was that ovulation pain?? Or is it something I need to see a doctor about.
