Spotting 2 days prior to normal flow - when do I start my period?
Hi there,
Just trying to track my ovulation day and need some help :)
Recently - say the past 7 months or so, I always appear to spot for 2 days before I start to have enough blood to fill a pad (sorry if tmi)!
Should I mark these 2 days as part of my AF on glow?
Also has anyone else a similar shift in AF before? Wondering why things have changed!
