CRONIC FRONT AND BACK PAIN
I know exactly when my period is coming and the first day of its cycle . I get the worst back pain it’s almost like I’m pregnant or carrying 1000 bricks on my back leaving me useless and laying in a Fetal position almost crying .
I’ve tried heat packs, massage chairs, a masseuse , warm baths & showers
Can anyone recommend anything ?
