Spotting and cramping -someone please give me some reassurance

Hi everyone I'm in the need of some reassurance. I'm just over 5 weeks pregnant and yesterday had some small fresh dark blood spotting now turned brown when I wipe. Of all.places I'm in kos till Sunday night. I'm going to the epau Monday but I just am beside myself.

I had a miscarriage in May. I had a small haematoma at 6 weeks after sex and saw the heart beat. Then at 12 and 1/2 weeks went for a scan for it to be empty and just a large empty sac. I just feel that something is wrong and why would I have some spotting of fresh blood. I can't enjoy myself on holiday now. I do have 2 children 7&5 but this is now with my partner. Any experience positive or negative would be helpful I can't help but think this is the early stages of a miscarriage
