Is sensitive smell a early sign of pregnancy?

This morning i got up, decided to go to school, i arrived at school & right away my smells were super sensitive. Usually im not the kinda of person who is good with smells but today it just hit me as i was going into the class. I started feeling nauseous & dizzy, started shaking and had to leave to go back home because i couldn’t handle the strong smell. Since the pass couple of days i havent really been feeling myself, I’ve been super emotional, tired & feeling super nauseous. Is this a sign of early pregnancy??
