Help!!!

So me and my boyfriend had sex a little over a month ago. It was the last day of my period but we used a condom, he pulled out before he came still AND I’m on birth control. I just got off my period Sunday but he fingered me (extra hard lol sorry tmi) and I had some bloody discharge afterwards yesterday and today. I took a test 4 days before my period and it was negative and My period was completely on time but I keep feeling this little pinching sensation on the outside of my vagina. I know Since I didn’t miss my period it seems dumb that I could even think i was pregnant but I read on here that sometimes you get a regular period when you’re pregnant. Someone help me!!
