Rejected by SO

My husband and I have been married for four years now. The past two years he has completed refused sexual contact. I've tried many different approaches, couples counseling, straight talk (are you interested in someone else? Are you cheating? Etc all answers seem truthful and that he's faithful) I don't know what to do. A woman has needs. It's quite hurtful to be rejected over and over by your partner.
