39.5 Weeks, membrane sweep. How effective was it for you?

I'm 39.5 weeks, 3 cm and 70% effaced, 2nd pregnancy.  Anyone else have success? I was just swept today. Really hoping to go into labor soon, I'm so uncomfortable.

I had one at 38 weeks and I was one cm dilated. Didn’t do anything that I felt. Went back in and had one the day I was 40 weeks and they said the previous did help me dilate to a 3. After the second sweep my contractions started
