My moms on foodstamps or WIC ?

I’m in my early stages of pregnancy but how do I apply for it and where do I apply for it and can anybody just run through the steps of how they did it or how to do it ? Thank you in advance

For WIC you need to first locate your local office. And then call them to set up an appointment. They will want an EDD from the doctor. And at your first appointment they will most likely weigh you. Poke your finger to check your iron. And then discuss nursing and nutrition with you. Then they will get you all set up to go back in three months. And give you your checks. It’s actually all pretty simple. Just have to like I said locate your local office and give them a call. Food stamps you have to apply through your local assistance office. You can apply online too I believe. Through their website. It’s just filling out the application and then they will contact you and explain the next steps. Good luck momma.

Google where WIC is in your city, you need an ID, pregnancy verification, proof of address and check stubs. Then they’ll give you a card and load the food on it every month. Food stamps you’ll have to go through your local job and family department or whoever does it where you live. Same stuff needed
