How long did it take for you to conceive?

I’m worried about not being able to conceive do to my weight. I haven’t been trying long but I’m very nervous about my weight and getting pregnant having things go wrong or just not being able to conceive at all. Please share some of your experiences 🙏🏼

Girl I’m pretty big I conceived 3 days after I got engaged first try my fiancé is chunky too. I unfortunately lost my baby but not due to my weight. If at first you don’t succeed try again. Best of luck!

It took us about 6 months, and we weren’t trying super hard. Not taking ovulation tests, not using preseed or anything to help. But I did start working out 4x a week and I honestly think being healthier probably helped.

Took us 6 months.
Had the dating scan this week and discovered we conceived like 2-3 days after my period started. So I wasn't ovulating in the average window of weeks after your period meaning for atleast a few of those cycles, we probably weren't have sex in ovulation days hah

My husband and I got pregnant the second month of us living together (he was my fiancé then). We weren’t actively trying at the time. I miscarried at 7 1/2 weeks and then conceived again immediately without ever getting another period. I’m now 19+1 with a healthy active baby girl

My husband and I had been dating for a year and half when I got pregnant the first time. We weren't actively trying, but I was on antibiotics and didn't back up my birth control. We decided to start trying for baby number 2 on our 1st wedding anniversary. I got pregnant immediately but had a miscarriage at 6 weeks. Waited a cycle and got pregnant about 4 months later. Currently 25 weeks with a little girl. :)

The statistical average for a healthy couple is about a year.
We hardcore TTCed (BBT, OPK, checked CM, drank teas, both of us took special vitamins, etc.) for about a year until we fell pregnant.
We both were a little overweighed at that time. Not much but still the heaviest we ever were.
