Im broken

I had a ectopic pregnancy in December and they took my right fallopian tube. Ever since then it's been like every month or every other month that I've been going to the doctor with different symptoms or something hurting. Now I have pain when I have sex in my pelvic on my left side and I don't know what it could be but I'm really just hit a point to where im going stop keeping track of my period and stop caring when im ovulating or not. I'm really just to to a point when it happens it happens. Idk maybe im broken
