I'm worried

I got a bone marrow biopsy today and it was incredibly painful. I cried I screamed, I couldn't finish it. I dont feel pregnant anymore and now I'm very worried about my baby. We are 11 weeks in and now I dont feel anything anymore. I could just not be bloated anymore but I dont know! I need help. I have an appointment next Wednesday and it cant come fast enough. To be clear, I'm worried that the baby stopped growing and have been for a few days now. I'm probably over reacting but I'm so in love with this baby im terrified to lose it. 😭😭😢😢😭😢😭😢😭😢😭
