I need help.
I’ve tried talking to my parents and friends about my anxiety and no one understands it at all. I’ve been told I’m “too young” to have anxiety or to even too young to know what it is. I’m almost 18.
I’m here asking for some anxiety techniques. I have a horrible time calming myself and lately it’s been getting worse. I’m constantly feeling nervous, like there’s this boulder on my chest that won’t go away. I just don’t know how to help myself or what to do or who to go to.
