Wondering if it's ectopic

I hope you don't mindme posting here but I'd like some advice if it's ok.

On the 2nd I got a very faint positive on a frer, but I've had a very light flow from that evening. It started off pink and brown but then went red and light red. It seems to have stopped today. My period is normally pretty heavy and lasts 8 days.

Yesterday and today i have had pain in my left side, a burning stabbing pain that makes me stop walking sometimes and I have really strong nausea on and off. I get dizzy spells too.

Does this sound like an ectopic? I would only be 3 weeks and 4 days, so my period isn't even due yet.

I'm getting a blood test at the dr tomorrow. But I'm worried and wondering if I should go in today.
