My stretch and sweep hurt so bad!!!! Any advice??
I’m having another one today!! Anything I can do to try relax so it doesn’t hurt as bad?? Maybe it’s because I’ve only had sex once who knows but it was so painful my eyes teared up and I could barley control my breathing
