WHAT IS HAPPENING

My period is supposed to come in one day but I don’t feel like it is I haven’t had sex or anything but I just been stressing this for about two weeks today I woke up with period cramps but no period and every one keeps telling me it’ll be here but idk and my breast get sore when I press down on them and I also keep getting this clear white mucus discharge when I wipe or sometimes in my underwear idk what to do I’m getting worried
