Sleeping on back with wedge... is it ok?

Question

I know sleeping on your back isn’t ok but what about if I am on a wedge? Does that count as sleeping on your back still or no bc my legs hurt so bad from side sleeping and I’m exhausted. The wedge is the only comfortable position I seem to fall asleep in.

You can sleep however you are comfortable. You will know if you're laying on the vein

Sleep how you want to sleep. If you need to roll off your back, you’ll know it, trust me. Your body will wake you up.

As long as your slightly elevated and off the vein I’m sure it’s fine. I waskenyp in my back every night and baby is just fine:)
