Do you, as a customer at a restaurant, expect to exchange food for free if you don’t like what you ordered?
I work at a restaurant, and our policy is if a customer ordered Food A and doesn’t like it and would like to instead have Food B, we swap it out for them free of charge.
My poll question is as the customer, do you believe you’re entitled to a free exchange if you don’t like your order?
To go even further, do you think restaurants should allow their customers to swap their food out for free if they don’t like it (like my restaurant does)? Or should customers suck it up, since it’s their problem and not the restaurant’s?
