I would very much like to get it.. I don’t usually, and it’s been close to 10 years since I’ve gotten it, but I have a little on the way and he’s more important to me than anything else.. I’m located in North Carolina in the Triangle area.. any Mom’s in this area know if anywhere offers the flu mist instead of the actual shot? I’ll get the needle if I have to, but I’m actually terrified of shots! Needles aren’t even the problem, I have GD so I’ve gotten used to them, it’s something about the shot itself that makes my skin crawl.. suggestions?

Just so I don’t get any rudeness I AM GETTING MY FLU SHOT EITHER WAY. I’m just trying to see if I can do it the non-needle way first.
