Already ovulated

I took my hcg shot at 430am, and I have my IUI this afternoon at 430pm, i was getting terrible ovulation pains last night around 10pm and at 11 or so they were already gone.. so I’m pretty sure I already ovulated 15-17 hours BEFORE my IUI is going to happen..? Should I call and cancel my IUI?
