Should I cook for everyone ?

Recently I just let m sister and her husband come to live with my husband and I and on the weekends when my husband doesn’t work I like to cook breakfast for him . My question is would it be wrong for me to cook for just him and I ? I tell my sister she can cook and eat anything she wants in the house and she doesn’t have to ask me. We also buy them food sometimes because I know they don’t have much money. I just don’t feel like I cooking a meal for 4 unless it’s dinner . What are you thoughts ??

Of course not! They're guests in your house, if anything they should be cooking for you😂 don't feel bad whatsoever

Maybe it would be nice to alternate. Like some days she cooks or some days you cook. Maybe some days you guys cook together? I’d just have an open dialogue about it with her. So she kind of understands you know

Definitely do not cook for them. If you let them have an open kitchen (they can eat/grab whatever) you don’t have to be their chef too.

I hate situations like this, I know exactly how you feel. I would feel kind of awkward at first only cooking for you and your husband but you’re helping them out a ton already so really you shouldn’t feel obligated to cook for them too. After the first couple times only cooking for you and your husband they’ll get the picture and know they’re on their own for breakfast and it won’t be awkward anymore lol

I usually at least ask, if people are awake.  But our roommate pitches in, or returns the favor.
