Hcg levels good?

Hi guys. I’m out of town and had some spotting so on Sunday I went to the ER for a Rhogam shot since I’m AB-

I was suppose to be 8weeks 5 days according to my LMP.

But my hcg levels were at 26,000 something and my ultrasound put me at 6 weeks 3 days.

The dr there told me to go back in a few days to get my hcg levels checked again

Yesterday I went and they were at 49,503. They told me that was consistent with being 5-6 weeks.

But my ultrasound dates me at 7 weeks.

They told me to contact my OBGYN with questions. So while waiting for their call back I wanted to see if anyone knows if my levels are in good range or is there need to be concerned?

It seems to me everything is rising but I don’t understand all the discrepancies with how many weeks I am.
