RE: WARNING GRAPHIC PIC PLEASE HELP

So here is a better picture. I dont know what it is. They didn't tell me i had an STD or STI at hospital considering they thought I was pregnant. I told them i was sexually active so they most likely did STD testing. My blood came back clear and I know they do HIV testing with that. Can someone kindly tell me what this is? I thought it was a yeast infection due to weird discharge but not i think bacterial vagintitis. But idk. Okay so was told no gen photos. But i don't have insurance and Google won't show me free clinics
