Silly question 🚨 McDonald milkshakese

So this is a silly question but Iv just had a McDonald’s milk shake (was delish) and few weeks ago I had a McFlurry I don’t have them often. But have since read they are a no no in pregnancy!!! In the uk all the milk and cream is pasteurised so not sure why they wouldn’t be ok.
