In pain! Something wrong with my belly button?

So a few days ago my belly button looked like this

Today I noticed it has become very painful and is swollen a bit. I didn’t do anything crazy. What could have happened? Today it looks like this:

Looks similar to mine did after my 2nd kid and now. It’s a hernia and DR. Definitely something to discuss with your doctor postpartum.

Also the pain hould go away within a day or so. I have a similar/potentially the same issue and it lasted about a day. Not even a full 24 hours.

Its called diastasis recti, your abdominal muscles have seperated 🙁unfortunitely there isnt a lot you can do for it.
