I'm so sad

Gave my 2 week old a bath tonight in his baby bather in the kitchen sink and as I was rinsing his hair with the faucet he looked up and got a face full of water. He started gasping for air and turning red and crying because it scared him and I grabbed him and held him while he kept freaking out until he calmed down. I feel like a horrible piece of crap I feel so bad :( will he be okay? I don't think he could've inhaled some if any, just a little bit because he wasnt submerged. I literally feel so bad.
