First acupuncture appointment...
... was amazing. I wish I went earlier.
We talked about all my “issues”... headaches, stress, sleep problems, ivf, hormones etc for about 30 minutes.
I felt like I was fluttering between sleep and awake in this peaceful stage of consciousness for 30 minutes and it was so relaxing.
I can’t wait for Thursday and my next appointment.
