I’m religious but I don’t like our “family” church. Shouldn’t I be allowed to stay home while they go to church?

Why don’t you like the church they attend?

If you live under your parents roof and you’re under the age of 18 and they want you to go to church with them then you should. I was going to a church with my family but didn’t like it so stooped going but I’m over eighteen. Just go until you turn legal age to make your own decisions

If you’re old enough to drive, ask if you can attend a different one.   There’s also lots that broadcast online if they let you stay home.
