Septum piercing help!

I got my septum pierced a couple days ago but I can’t flip the jewellery up into my nose. Ive got an Asian nose so the jewellery is too long to flip up and under (my friends who are white didn’t have this problem LOL) but I have work and I don’t want my mum to know. I was wondering if I could change my jewellery anytime soon (it would literally be in and out) with a septum retainer? (Shown in the pics idk which is best but I think it should be clear I’m unsure about the metals on amazon or what’s best). Does anyone know if piercing places will change it for you this early on? Or if they can widen the jewellery for me? And if I changed it myself how could I do it in the best way? It was so painful aswell 😭😭 I’m going home in about 20 days but I have work that doesn’t allow piercings and I FaceTime my mum every night so I have to do it fairly soon or get rid of it which I don’t want to do at all. Please help!! (Also soz about the sc filter I looked so bad in the others #noshame 😂😂)
