Thin uterine lininig

Hello ladies... pls help me out.

My nurse requested i go for an ultrasound cuz my mensural period changed from 4days to just 2 days with very light flow. And i have also been charting my bbt and also doing opk for the past 3 months but i am not ovulating. I went for the ultrasound and here is the result. My midwife hasn’t called me to speak to me about the result so i decided to go online to see the meaning of my result and i found out that 5 mm endometrium is too thin for implantation. Is there Anyone here that can help me translate this result pls.
