For heavy days like this I use the always size 5 purple pads. They’re long and supposedly 10 hours. They also make them in a thinner version. It eases my mind as far as leaking, sleeping through the night, and heavy days.

It looks like you just have a heavier than normal period, which can happen. I’d recommend using Always Infinity overnight winged pads, they’re a god send when I get heavy periods. They’re very comfortable and absorb so so well. There’s also Always Infinity regular sized for during the day.
