Help 5 weeks 5 days prego

===================++================= Hi lovely ladies i am 5 weeks and 5 days pregnant but yesterday early morning had this 😔😔😔 started with a pinkish discahrge then jus 1 almond shaped clot followed by red or brown color on the paper when i wipe... it is not bleeding as such but when I wipe,this is sometimes seen on the paper....please share your inputs if this is normal..as its a weekend having trouble getting in touch with the doc as well .. appreciate all your help and inputs.. i am really nervous ..first time pregnant...
