Our little Maclin is here!!!

We had an induction and he was delivered in his daddies birthday!

Most amazing part is my husband with the help of my midwife delivered him!

We started with the pill in my cervix, and broke my water at 3cm anticipating the jump start of labor but it didn’t happen. Tried pumping for contractions and though it brought them it didn’t regulate them. We tried to avoid Pitocin but with how things were going my husband and I decided to start low dose Pitocin...

And that’s all it took!

I felt the need to have a bowel movement so when I was checked I was only 7cm 😫 what?! And not even 10 minutes later I had to push! Everyone hustled to get ready and in two pushes I got him out, 100% unmedicated!

He’s our little rainbow baby!

He weight 8lb 2oz 19in long!

My husband has wanted nothing more than to be a father and after our loss and our hard time conceiving it just didn’t seem real. The moment he held him up he couldn’t contain himself... he was really here!

I am so blessed and so thankful for my husband and sweet baby boy. Also so thankful for all of your sweet words!!!
