Vegan mama+babies?!

Question

Anyone a vegan/vegan family?!
My SO is vegan and I’m planning on becoming vegan, as well as my toddler and if I have another child they will be vegan too. 
I’ve been watching videos and all the food and fruits look soooo good. The people also look so healthy. 
Tips? Good food? Anything?

Meal prep is key. Being vegan isn’t convenient in our society so you have to take care of yourself and meal prep always helps. So when you come home and starving everything is cut up and ready to make ! I always double EVERYTHING I make so we always have leftovers. You’ll be at the grocery store more often cause you’ll go through more produce but whenever a vegetable or fruit is about to go bad- I cut it up and freeze it! 
There’s also zero shame In buying frozen veggies and fruit, always a good thing to have on hand !

First and foremost it’s not a diet it’s a lifestyle change so veganize YOUR families favorite meals! And use soy, tempheh, pea protein meat substitutes if you need to start that way. That helped my sister transition her and family a lot easier. 
You will feel AMAZING. To eat guilt free is priceless. You will feel the change in your energy, happiness and health.

I'm a vegan of 19 years, I recently started an Instagram page called veganketo13 (very new still) where I will be posting what I eat and recipes I love etc. I have always avoided carbs and sugar when I could but I have had issues with my weight since I was a kid. (I have had eating disorders almost all my life but I've recently begun to heal and I am working hard every day to keep it up so the Instagram page is going to be a great place for me to keep myself on track.) Recently I decided to cut out a majority of the fake meats, cheeses, and etc so my diet follows closely to keto now. I feel amazing and i love the food I'm making!
