Period question
Anyone else have this problem?
When I’m due to have my period I spot for one day and I’m like oh okay I will just put a panty shield on and go about my day then it just stops completely for the next two days only to start up again on the the 3rd day after spotting.... should I put the day I starting spotting as my first day of my period or the day I have a consistent flow?
