Early signs?

I started getting car sick 11 days after I had unprotected sex with my bf(we are trying for a baby) I normally dont get car sick ever which I thought was super strange that I did start getting car sick and thought nothing of it. Today would be 2 weeks after having unprotected sex and I'm starting to have some cramps and I feel wet down there but im not bleeding at all ive checked multiple times. Are these early signs? Should I test now or wait another week?
