Rashes

Ladies I’m at my wits end. Idk what to do for my poor baby. He has rashes behind his knees and the creases of his elbows. Nothing works. He screams bloody murder when I put anything on him. Aquaphor, Aveeno eczema lotion and it makes his skin super read and dry/scaley. It’s gotten to the point where behind his knees it’s watery almost like there where blisters back there that popped and are leaking. Idk what to do or to use. His doctor wasn’t any help and just said keep using what I have that they are great products. Any advice ladies
