Following this! My midwife suggested sex and pineapple too (not together, necessarily). She said to lie down with legs up for a while after so the semen does it's thing on your cervix. It's like trying to conceive all over again! 

Nipple stimulation (using hands or breast pump), sex (have him come inside you, ejaculate can soften the cervix), lots of pineapple, LOTS and LOTS of walking.
