Good perineal oils post partum?

Looking for a quality perineal oil, and esp interested in one that contains arnica in it if possible. I had my son 5 mo ago, had an episiotomy that had crazy scar tissue. Had to have a “revision” at 3mo PP that also had to heal, and I’m trying to work with the remaining sensitive areas. I’ve been using an estrogen cream since I’m breastfeeding but my OB said I can switch to an oil now. Any recommendations are appreciated!
