Should I be concerned? TMI

So I got the iud around May.. for 7 weeks I had no period which is normal with the iud and even before that I used to just spot here and there.. well last night I had to get up from bed and go to the bathroom as I was pouring like literally it was as if I turned a tap on.. then all of a sudden I caught two MASSIVE clots.. is this normal?! The blood was extremely dark too!!! I was in shock!!
