FTM. Induce labor at home?

So i am a ftm, my due date is October 28th which is right around the corner. I really dont want to go past my due date! Ive struggled so much with back pain, i am ready to get my little man out. Is it bad that i want to do what ever i can to induce my labor? What are some things that help? TIA ladies.

I had sex and walked right after around the neighborhood for a whole week til he came o and heard spicy food might aggravate the uterus to contract good luck
