My husband is the hardest worker I know. In around 18 months at a new small company fabricating sheet metal he has learned every job up there and was manager over 2 shops. There is a lot of politics there and what seems like middle school drama but he stays out of it and does his job. A part was messed up yesterday and he told the head guy he didn't set it upand the guy kinda under him said he didn't set it up but the worker who actually did the parts told that the other guy had set it up, catching the other guy in a direct lie but they took it out on my husband and laid him off. work has been a bit slow around there but just a couple weeks ago he was told he might be running the shops on his own while some other people were laid off but that he would always have a job there. This just makes no since to me. I mean, we are going to file for unemployment until they take him back on better conditions or just somewhere better entirely but this is our 3rd month of ttc #1 and I don't know if we should lay off until we figure things out or what. But there are other factors like our health and I've had to cut back on my meds a lot to conceive among other things. We will prolly be ok with money because we have another family living with us and his brother rents our mini guest house but I just don't really know ehere to go from here...any ideas?
