Aromatherapy in hospital
My hospital offered aromatherapy when you come in to ease labour pains, but instead of going through with it I caved and begged for the epidural 😂 Has anyone used aromatherapy during labour? How was it for you, do you think it helped? How were they applied, was it through massage or in a bath? Which oils did you use?
