Implantation bleeding?

I’m supposed to get my period tomorrow but I wiped today and I got this. I took a pregnancy test last Friday so 5 days before my due period and it came back negative. Should I be worried?

If your period is supposed to start tomorrow it’s likely just your period starting not implantation bleeding

It could be Implantation bleeding. I had Implantation bleeding the exact same day my period was suppose to start but it was a dark brown and not as watery it was stringy i thought it was just old blood even though that never happened before any of my periods. Then I got bleeding that was full on dark red, heavy, and lasted 6 days exactly like my period. But THEN I had a dream that I was pregnant so the day after that dream(a couple of days after my “period”) I took a test and got a very dark lined BFP. I am now 17 weeks with a little boy 🤷🏾‍♀️

Implantation bleeding, if it happens at all, normally would happen at least a week before your period. Everyone is different though. If your period is supposed to start tomorrow you can always take another pregnancy test and you more than likely will get an accurate result.
