Progesterone only pill

Hello all,

This is my first post on this app and I’ve only recently started using it ! I’ve been taking the POP (progesterone only pill) for a few years now. I started on it after trying an IUD and having it removed because of it being too large for my uterus (they’re one size fits all in the US- which uterus’s are not ). I have trouble getting a straight answer with what the official cut off time for taking your pill is with POP. The info seems conflicting I’ve had drs tell me that I really have to take it within 30 mins of the regular time window that you take it but most of the sites and apps say 1-3 hours. The info on the pills themselves says 1 hour window. I find it kind of frustrating that there’s so much variation on a pretty important thing to set in stone. Also what are people experiences with POP vs he Depo shot?
