4 days late?

Ok ya’ll this is stupid but I’m 4 days late on my period. The thing is, my boyfriend hasn’t orgasmed when we have been having sex. We wear a condom ALL THE TIME. He is on new medication for anxiety and it has been messing with his ability to orgasm. But for some reason I am 4 days late and I’m NEVER late. I had a stressful week at school so can stress delay a period? I know I’m not pregnant but at the same time we ALLLL think like this. This is silly but I’m a nervous nelly
